| USA Hockey Insurance Registration is required to play in the Minimite Hockey Program. USA Hockey is $50 per season. Insurance is FREE for ages 6 and under. Membership runs from September 1 - August 31 of each year. Registration for USA Hockey may only be done through USA Hockey at www.usahockeyregistration.com
